Hello, I was playing and I went out to buy and unblocked my account when I arrived and tried to log in, I got that my account was suspended I would like to know why and how to recover it

Please can you review my case because I think it is a mistake I have not used anything illegal is more lately I logged very little for work I only logged to pass items to a friend by mail who had just started for that reason I think it is a mistake
